That's it, yes.
I had the builder as Maximilian Buday but maybe Miksa is just the Hungarian form of Max?

He's variously being referred to as Maximilian or Miksa. I'd go with Miksa. Now, the book is almost out, so time is running out for such puzzles :) :)
