...and year?  Yikes.

Course, I may be wrong with the make and model anyway, but I _believe_ this is the Plymouth Caravelle (Canadian), based on the Dodge Diplomat.  As for the year, I'd guess early 1980s, maybe 1983?, but I've NO idea.  Dangit.
