What's this, what powers it and when does it date from - for 1 point?

That is the 1959 Jaguar Aston-Martin Roadster.  Aston Martin C-Type powered by Jaguar XK150 engine.  Final assembly completed in 1964.

That's the car all right, although I have seen it described as 1949 as well as 1959, which it could be as it's a pre-war body but certainly plenty of it seems later than 1949 (the wheels, for instance).
