i did found this only that I assume it was made in Turkey (on the outer limits of Europe and nearly Middle East)
but i never saw an info about the date it was made
I can dig a little bit deeper

EDIT: year 1994? /i found some article in turkish but I don't understand anything from it/

Yes it was made in Turkey - by Sports Car Ltd., Istanbul.
They started in 1999 and as you have guessed the correct decade the point is yours.
Any further information is welcome as to engine, etc.

Here we go:
according to my info, the company was active from 1992 to ~2005 (or still is in very small scale, who knows ???)
Full company name: Spor Oto Tasarim ve Imalat Istanbul Ltd
Models:
- Maral MkI - Ford 2.0
- Maral Mk2 - Fiat 1.6
- Original model Scorpio (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=9673.0) Ford / Fiat.

Hope this helps ;)
