I think the type designation is actually 620, at least that is what I found on several Brazilian sites which showed a lot of this type of vehicle.
I don't remember this particular variant being sold in the US, mostly in what used to be called "Developing Countries".

I believe the model is U620.  Nissan has a long history of U-series trucks with similar body styles.
