This car has the chassis n. 118S-003727 and engine 118000-001791 who are numbers of a Fiat 1600S: In effect the Cisitalia DF85 is simply a Fiat 1600 Fissore, badged as Cisitalia in Argentina.

Yes, you're right!
They were simply Fiat 1500 Fissores shipped out to Argentina, where Piero Dusio was intending to revive his Cisitalia name. They were re-badged as Cisitalia DF85 and it's believed betwen 15 and 30 were delivered.
This one has been completely rebuilt and was auction at Bonhams, and here's a front view of it:
