This car was built in 1960 on the Orkney Islands by Bill Johnstone.

Who built it, where, when, what chassis did it use and what engine was fitted?

No Ford parts as far as I know but I can tell you that the chassis and engine came from two different well-known makes of car!

Another clue - the car comes from an island off the British coast and the builder constructed tractors on an amateur basis for sale to local farmers in the 1930s.....
