Please identify this little racer and its driver for a point. A year would be nice too

Austrian car of 1954, from the Vienna workshop of Franz Hell's

It used a Fiat Topolino front suspension and a JAP engine.

Two cars were built, one for Austrian sports car champion, Kurt Koresch and one for bike racer, Ernst Kussin. This car may have later been used by Josef Walla.

Otto Mathé drove one as well. His car is hanging at the wall of the Prototyp Museum in Hamburg. They claim that it is from 1948.
