Looks like a LADA Niva with an updated front facia.

pnegyesi

It was based on a Lada Niva with an enlarged cargo compartment and a partly plastic body. It had a proper name too.

In Hungarian "na mi?" means "so, what's this?".
So this is not related to NAMI

Arunas

Some modified version or original design?

pnegyesi

It is a modified Lada Niva, but had its own designation. Like the VIS 2348 - it is a Lada Samara pickup, but it's got its own brand and model name

pnegyesi

UAZ never produced modified Lada Niva off-roaders

pnegyesi

It is a modified Lada so it is not a VAZ

It may be the Теза Кентавр (Tyeza Kyentavr or Tesa Centaur as it is sometimes described), a project of Теза-Автокам (Tyeza-Avtokam) company from Russian city Шуя (Shuya). They tried to start mass production of this car, which was an amalgam of many VAZ and GAZ parts. It was first shown in 1993 and was supposed to go into production in 1995, but the project failed with only some cars produced.

The reason I think it may be the Кентавр is it looks somewhat similar to the British Ranger and Avtokam made some Rangers in Russia in the early 90s, so they may have looked at it for inspiration for their own design. That said, you insist this here is Ukrainian, so I may be totally wrong ;)
It's not denial, I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

Did I say Ukrainian? No, not in this puzzle. I said this is Russian and it is the Tesa Centaur!! Two points for you - congratulations

Right, I got confused with so many tabs and puzzles open at once. Of course you never said this was Ukrainian, sorry :D

Some better views of the car:
