You're not thinking it's the Beast III, are you?  There is a pic of III and IV together.  I and II were not streamliners.  III was always red while Herbert ran it.  IV went through many incarnations in its lifetime, and now only retains its fenders as original.

So, I'm pretty sure its IV, body in aluminum by Barris.  Unless it's totally a different name?

Well, I have two sources, reporting that it was called the Beast V. And there are other sources, which say this was the Beast IV. So, I am stumped.

I think it started life as IV.  Then when it was modified with differenct engines it may have been named V for a little while.  It's gone through tons of modifications since it first ran, but I don't think it's name kept going up in numbers.  Almost like the Mormon Meteor I/II.  Same car, different configurations.  So maybe the Beast IV/V?
