the car seems to be a Steyr 100 and the location maybe north Italy

this is the car that was used by Max Reisch for the "Transasien Expedition - 1935/36" from Austria to Japan; then from Los Angeles and back home.
I've a doubt about the pic (surely not in Italy) because I read some words in italian.
