I don't know the which chassis was bodied but I know the coachbuilder and the year - those will be required for me to give you a point

This skiff torpedo body was very popular in France. My first guess would be Labourdette (probably not, too obvious) and 1920 (perhaps even a little bit earlier).

I said earlier - so prior to 1921 :) Go on lock is still valid.
And as the picture I have features a year, I am pretty sure it is the right year
