For today's nice red car, what's this, who built it and when?

Google Image Search continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Image Search as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

AutoPuzzles is primarily a game of automotive knowledge, not of who can copy and paste the quickest.

We ask all members to remember and respect this, and retain the right to ask puzzle-solvers how they came to their answer.

Have fun!

It sure does, and that's almost what it is.
Who was responsible for it?

Any relation to the TR4 "Dove"?
Just saw a site with a posting refering to a:
"3A, 1959 or 60, converted from new for a South London Standard Triumph dealer by one of the firms making estate car conversions at the time, either Abbotts of Farnham or Friary of Basingstoke".
Same car maybe?

Or is this one of two built in New Zealand?

It pre-dates the TR4-based Dove and by a number of years and is nothing to do with L.F. Dove Garages of Wimbledon, but you could say it's related...
It's not a TR3A but a TR2 and it's not by either Abbotts or Friary.

It was built in the UK.

Harrington?

Yes!  It's a Harrington-bodied Triumph TR2 Coupe.
I said it was related to the later TR4 Doves because of course Harringtons actually built those on behalf of Dove Garages, whose concept it was.
But this TR2 had nothing to do with Dove Garages AFAIK.
Well done!
