This one is featured on a web page as a Lotus Elan variation. Has anybody ever seen it before? What is it?

Looks more like a Nissan 350Z at the front, in my opinion... a bastard child of some sort, anyway...

No its a Protomotors concept.  I think its the RT-X.
Korean.
It came before Protomotors Ps2 which became Protomotors Spirra and then Oullim Motors Spirra.  But this was a previous prototype.

Hi this is made by Protomotor who also made the Ps2 which became the Spirra/Oullim Spirra. Those are the only two pics of it and I had difficulty finding a name even way back when. But it is a Protomotors project
