Looking forward to the beach party in summer...

For one point, please respond and identify this car and its base.

Wendax

Thanks for front page coverage

No, it is a private one-off with a very straightforward name

chapel

Ami based?
is it a Yagan?

Wendax

Yes, it is Citroen Ami based. What would be the first name that comes to your mind when you see this car? (Already mentioned)

Moke?
Yes, that's it, a private one-off called Moke, based on a Citroen Ami 6.

One point for fgsavoia. Bad luck, chapel.

I wonder: is that name legal?  Given that BMC probably registered "Mini Moke" and "Moke".

Not if they tried marketing it as that in the UK I don't suppose, no!

This car was never intended to be marketed, just a personal one-off without economic interests.

...which is why the builder could get away with naming it 'Moke'..

Does anyone have any idea who built this one-off 'Moke' special please? Thanks.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.

Wendax

Unfortunately not. I took those pictures in 1988 and haven't seen the car ever since.
