A little proportion problem remains to be solved.

For one point, please respond and identify this car.

An 1945/6 experimental car built before Henry Kaiser went into manufacturing automobiles, perhaps even predating his meeting with Frazer in 1945.  This model was never put into production. The bumpers fitted are perhaps Buick 1946 (available from circa July1946). Some lights are very similar to those fitted to the Tucker cars. Background is presumably the Richmond California shipyard where the car was built.

One point for a perfect answer. Well done, bentleybob!
