Bi-Scot Bella, a french electric microcar "produced" by Soffimat.

In fact, the series production never started. The origins of the Bi-Scot, as it seems, are going back as far as the beginning of the nineties, as the projet of a technical college !

Countless changes of ownership and tweaks with the original prototype lend to have an absurdly big range, but it came to nothing. Production was to be started near Châtellerault, but it came to nothing.

These days, Soffimat is trying to find a buyer for all prototypes and rights !
