The rear driving position suggests AV of Teddington, Middlesex, but after that I get a bit uncertain.
The first two-seater was the "Bi-car" which didn't look like this one but there is a reference to the "Runabout" and as I can't find a picture I'll ask if this is indeed an artist's impression of the AV Runabout proposed for the 1920s

The rear driving position is the path to follow, but it is not an AV and not European.
