This photo dates from half a century ago and is a poor scan from a negative for which my apologies.
A point for you if you can tell me the make of car and anything else about this one in particular!

It's not a V12, is it?
Yes it is!
I think I'll ask for a bit more about it before it's worth your 932nd point, such as who had it made (he's driving it) and what other Lagonda was its appearance based on.
Locked for Wendax until his next answer.

Its appearance is that of a Rapide sports tourer, usually combined with the six-cylinder Lagondas.
You can unlock this puzzle, as I don't have an idea about the driver / builder.

That's it exactly.
The owner/builder had a LG45 Rapide known as the Scarlet Woman and he had a V12 Rapide made to closely resemble Scarlet Woman and this is it.
Sadly I think it has been rebuilt into yet another V12 Le Mans copy.
That's worth a point so far and perhaps another point if the name of the owner/driver can be found.

It wasn't. When it's solved we change the title to include the solution. ;D
