That's Dean Jeffries and Davey Jones (the Monkee, not the race driver). With a GT40 roadster that Jeffries had just acquired. The GM engine sitting next to it was placed there on a lark; it was not intended for the car.

Is your image from a Dean Jeffries book?  I have not seen it before.
