This is based on the UAZ Astero.  Has a different maker and name.  Good catch.

Correct manufacturer and model name.  Now I need the approximate year it was made.

Close enough.  2000 Dragon Motor Jump.  One of six made.

Another point for Hondast.

I helped translate an article about about the Jump from Russian to English in 1999.  At that time, no mention was made of the company being called "Dragon Motor".  Until you mentioned Dragon Motor, I thought of it as Gennady Hainov's UAZ-based Jump.
