Correct Jhonny!  With Baojun being a 3-way cooperation between SAIC, GM, and Wuling.

For GM to build a low-cost car in China without it being overly taxed, they had to co-operate with China-based companies.  I'm not sure what the division of labor was that produced this car.  I suspect GM contributed more on the mechanical side, than on design.
