The correct name of this car is Lancia Aprilia Saloncino, 1948 by Francis Lombardi

Apparently the car was built for the Marquis Antinori.

It's possible the car was for Antinori, in fact the plate is from Siena.  I can post a picture of the car before the wonderful restoration that has been made almost 6-7 years ago.
