I'm a bit surprised no one picked this up before me ; is everybody in holiday? Anyway, this is a 1938 Jaguar SS100 by Saoutchik, chassisnr. #39107.

It is surprising sometimes, which puzzles readers will consider to be obvious.  The first time I saw this car (online), I knew it had to be a puzzle.  What a great combination, Saoutchik and Jaguar.
