Full name - Siata Daina SL Sport Berlinetta by Boano, built in 1952.

The point goes to Dzima1985.

I didn't ask for the coachbuilder, because the last I read, even the current owner of the car doesn't know who built it.  At various times, it has been credited to Boano, Balbo, and Vignale.
