What's this car, for 1 point?

I have it filed as the Anti-Climax.

Me too, and I don't really know anything else about it apart from the fact it is perhaps seen in the picture racing at the Palmer Head course within Wellington city limits in New Zealand.  I wondered if it got its name because it didn't have a Climax engine like so many cars of the period, although what it did have I have no idea!

Well done!
