You are searching in the right direction, but this is not the 1993 Grigua.

That is the Grigua 2 made in 1998.

Just to provide a complete info: the car is actually the same as the Grigua. The prototype has, in fact, been updated later form 1st to 2nd edition (also passing through a 1.5 version with more off-road style than the original). It's based on the Fiat Panda 4x4 (1st generation) mechanics and is still in the IDEA collection.
