It's Happy Hour:
Immediately available for everybody :)
I know the country where the pictures were taken and I also know the engine brand that powers this car thing.
I'm in search for more information so:
1 point up for grabs for the person who can tell me who made this car thing, how this car thing was named and when this car thing was made.
+ an additional point to earn when you can come up with period pics of this car thing.
I'll add soon the information I have about this car thing if no progress is made in identifying this car thing.

I think it's called "Alfa R. Veloce". While it's pictured with a sticker that says "Close Enough, Probably Ok Engineering", it was built by by Steve Walker between 1971 and 1984.
A 1958 750 Veloce was liberated of its engine and transmission for this project. Triumph and Honda parts were also used, but the Alfa pieces seem to add the most flare to this car. To give this single seat racer the ability to pull kid drop off duty, a motorcycle sidecar has been donated by a wayward Harley Davidson.

Thanks for solving this mystery for me, and that in a record time and with 1 reply only.
Autopuzzles must be the only community in the universe where this is possible.
And with the info you provided, I was able to find the whole story of the car including period pics.

I've driven by that garage many times, always checking for another unusual vehicle. With all the current construction at that location, I was wondering if they would have to relocate.
