Based on an Adler Trumpf Sport, with a 1.5 liter engine, like the car that raced at Le Mans.

It looks too big to be a Primus, and too small to be a Diplomat. So is it the 6-cyl 2.5 litre model ?

It's an Adler Diplomat 3Gd which was made between 1936 and 1940.
Wheels seem to have changed around 1939 so as this car has the early type is must be 1936
