No, it is a predecessor of a current german alternative vehicle project of the same company.

I think it´s main individual power source are the more or less active passengers...

Possibly it had some solar panels on its bodywork, batteries and a small supporting electric motor on board.

And as I said, out of this prototype evolved some more vehicles.

Just now the company tries to push a light electric car into production,
that can be seen as the result of that evolution.
