For one point: Who is the alluring blonde, and with what car is she uniquely associated?

Only a correct, complete and specific answer will earn a point; tag-on's to other guesses will not. So, be specific and complete!

I think its Virginia Ruth Egnor AKA Dagmar.
If it is the bumper protrusions on the '53 Cadillac were named after her famous chest.

According to the information on her in that puzzle she was a singer and was called variously Mary or Marie and then Marie 'The Body' McDonald.

So she was not just a pretty face...!
