It is electric, ca. 1905 I think.
Right hand drive but that does not rule out the US at that time.
Studebaker made a fairly wide range of electric trucks during this time period but I could not match this one.

It is electric, but slightly newer than 1905, and it is a Studebaker. LOCKED for Bill to tell me the year.
