This is the Vindicator Concept Coupe of 1989, which used a Bond Bug shell!

A spot-on answer Sir Quiller, and another point to you.

The car was indeed Ford-based, and cunningly did use a Bond Bug bodyshell for its centre section.

This Coupe 'Concept' later evolved into the first production Vindicator, the SR.
