I think it's fairly modern, one of those faux 1920s/1930s-mobiles - the picture is in sepia tones to mislead. ;) :)

It looks like a Glassic Model A, distributed and marketed as ,,Classic V8" by Autohaus Nordstadt of Hannover in 1976.
