Here's an easy expert point
Looks like a 1939 Ford V8, the side valve V8 hopped up with 4 downdraught carbs. Who the woman is, I have no idea.
To my eye (using the right one today) ;) it looks like six carbs on a log manifold. If I'm not wrong, that's too much for a flathead built in that era. I'm guessing OHV Buick or Olds.
The car looks like a '40 Ford Deluxe.
I have no idea who the beauty is, but she has it.
I agree, it's a 40 DeLuxe with 6 Stromberg carbs and since the California plate sez 56, the motor could be just about any V8, but with the location of the oil filler cap and generator, it comes closer to lookin like a Chrysler (or other Mopar) hemi.
I wish I knew who the bathing beauty was, too.
Those are 6 2bbl Stromberg carbs on that rod, on an Eldelbrock manifold, the big oil filler reminds me of the early Red Ram Hemi.
A Pro point?
The girl is Mueller-O'Neill (maybe she has only one swimsuit!)
Louise Mueller-O'Neill, leaning on a '40 Ford Coupe. Just summarizing the works of others. Is this done?

Since you are the first to provide a complete and correct answer (including the girl's first name), yes, it's now complete.
