Ah - one I know!

This is the Meister-Honda D-class sports racer built in 1970 by Art Burmeister.
The man in the driver's seat is Paul Coffield and the venue is Elkhart Lake WI.

Yes I'd been waiting for this one for a while.
Sadly Paul Coffield died in 1986 I believe.
