That is Don Juan Alesso's Formula Libre (FLNM) race car. The engine is a flat-12 of his own design. Finished in Argentina in 1952.

That's right racing car for the Formula Libre Mecánica Nacional; designed and hand made by Juan Alesso in Esperanza, Argentina it had a 12 cylinder boxer engine.
