Technically, it's the Chevrolet Astro III

This 4-wheel car disguised as a 3-wheeler was powered by a 317 HP turbine - hence, the very large exhaust outlets for the super-heated byproduct of that power. The two front wheels were closely coupled beneath that needle-nose.
