A Brooks Stevens study/proposal for a replacement to the Cruiser model for 1963. He called it the Lark Splendida. The grille of this concept is a bit bulkier than Studebaker practice, resembling early '60s Chrysler Imperial, or '60 Pontiac.

Thanks for finding this one, Otto, it's the first time I've seen it.
