For one point, please identify this special.
Up!
Crossley based ?
Pros?
Fiat-based?
Is it Italian anyway?
Yes.
intended for production or an one-off special?
One-off Special AFAIK.
I can't find this car anywhere at the moment.
The nearest I found was a Fiat-based Ortolani but I doubt if this is the same car.....
No, it's not an Ortolani.
Lancia Ardea base?
I think it's Fiat based..not Lancia.
fergat wheels, left band drive...not a Lancia Ardea.
Maybe a Nardi Danese on Fiat-Gilco
Any reply?
I'm sorry.
No, it's a Special built by an individual. Not as famous as Nardi or Gilco.
RAOR?
Can I narrow down the year it was built as in the early 1950s?
Happy new year guys!
Yes, it was built in the early-mid 50s. Not a RAOR.
Happy New Year to you too!
I'm going to research this one over the next few days and hopefully come up with a solution.... :D
Narrowing the timescale even more I would say second half of year 1950
hmm, was it featured in Manovella?

Milano 154*** plate (1950) confirms that this car could have been built on a Fiat 1100 B chassis.
And Milano could imply Sirca. Is he?
please unlock: I've no idea!
Ok, free for all!
Ettore Bogani? - who built a sports racing car in 1980
Ettore Buratti?
No & No.
Ettore Pagani?
Just a little information: I think the plate MI 154xxx is from april-may 1950, so if the base is a Fiat it could be a 1100 E, while if it was a 1100 B the chassis was not new...
