I can't find this car anywhere at the moment.
The nearest I found was a Fiat-based Ortolani but I doubt if this is the same car.....

Milano 154*** plate (1950) confirms that this car could have been built on a Fiat 1100 B chassis.

And Milano could imply Sirca. Is he?

Just a little information: I think the plate MI 154xxx is from april-may 1950, so if the base is a Fiat it could be a 1100 E, while if it was a 1100 B the chassis was not new...
