Thanks for locking it for me.

I haven't had the time to find out more info on it, so please open it up for the other members to have a go at.

I can find no record of this car in the "Bible" of sports-car racing. It carries the badge of Arden Tuning in Krefeld, who are most well known for performance enhanced British cars.

Is it a proposed Group C car they built powered by a 956/962 engine ?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

The prototype based on a Porsche 962 Group C, but engine not from Porsche.

Its the Arden AJ12, based on a Porsche 962 and was powered by a 6.5 litre Jaguar V12 engine

I initially knew it was an Arden because I have one of their products (AJ1) and recognised the badge.....

Point yours!
"The Arden AJ 12 is a prototype version that served as a development unit for the Arden Engineering and Automobilbau, particularly as a high performance module for test purposes. The prototype, based on a C group Porsche 962, has a 6,5L V12 Jaguar engine, with 580hp and a ZF 6 speed transmission from the Procar series. Additionally an electronic engine management unit provides for an optimized power performance."
