A-ha...found it. Richard Lee Tiago's '57 Ford Ranchero custom, originally built by Tom Sellman at Ward's Body Shop in Alameda CA. This incarnation was built by Joe Ortiz.

The car / truck was originally a more conventional custom, built for Tiago by Tom Selman at Ward's Body Shop.
