No.  Maybe it had a Scottish driver.
Actually I told gilescooper it wasn't a Lotus 23 replica, which it isn't exactly although the design is based on the Lotus's appearance.

It's a Nike Mk7, one of 10 built by Ken Nichols in the late 60s, and powered by the usual Ford Twin-cam motor. He built the chassis to accept standard Lotus 23 panels.
