All those turn of the century steam buggies look much the same but how about a Locomobile of say 1900?

That's the one! I believe the driver in the video is even the same guy whose shoe is visible in my picture (which I took myself).

I said Locomobile was close because the Overman Co., that made the Victor, was associated with Locomobile. Locomobile used Overman engines, and ended up absorbing Overman.

Mason engines were more usual on Locomobiles, I'd say. No time to research, but that's what I remember from the work we used to do.

Sorry, that's what I get for trying to go by memory. Did a quick search and found that Overman steam pumps were commonly used in Locomobiles.
