I think the radiator badge is that of a Willys. I'll call this one a 1930 Willys 98B, but I don't have a coachbuilder yet.
Since I didn't get a reply to my previous post, I did additional research which not only confirms my guess, but reveals the coachbuilder as well. #404 is a: 1930 Willys 98B, with a body by Holden.
