Lookit the size of that helmet - the driver must be HUGE ;D

I believe your vehicle is a Hispano Suiza T-69 from 1936.
I do not know much about this one but I do know that during the Spanish Civil War hundreds of improvised armoured cars were built on many different truck chassis on both sides of the conflict.
Most that I have seen were built on Chevrolet, Ford and Dodge chassis and some were built in small series. Many were built in railroad shops from what I have read.
The modern day equivalent may be the "Technicals" that one sees used in Africa and the Middle East based on Toyota, Nissan and other Japanese pickup chassis.
Edit: I forgot to post the photo that I had of the vehicle, this one showing the car with armament.

Dammit! I knew I shouldn't have gone to bed early last night!

It's not so much a matter of going to bed late, Ray, it's more getting up early.
Many times I thank my enlarged prostate gland problem for making me get up at 1 AM and 3 AM in the morning to take a pee. I always check autopuzzles when I have to do this and have managed to answer three or four questions quickly as a result.

Yes, that is the machine. Point for Bill Murray.

Thanks:
Here are a couple more Hispano's from my documents file.

I was exhausted from shooting a car show. I went to bed about half an hour before the time stamp on your post...assuming that's converted to my local time. If not...well, best wishes for dealing with the prostate issue.
