KeKe?
Which I believe is local dialect for a three wheeler.

I think that's right - a generic term, in other words.
Still looking for the name...

This thread has seen more Nigerian car brands, even if three wheelers, then most sites combined about African car makes. I assume that it is not a Keke Napep, a vehicle which was made to reduce impoverment in Nigeria. I suppose it is not the Ajumose either, those seem to be Piaggo-copies. Difficult to findit seems!

I don't know the puzzle car, but this is made by Taixing Sandi:

tricar-three-wheel?

Searching for Taixing Sandi, I was able to find this vehicle under the model name 650Zk-4A (or SD650Zk-4A).  There are very few pictures of this three-wheeler with the long third window on the side.

The brand name may be PH, as provided by the  Suzhou Puhan Power Machine Co., Ltd

(Sorry, ignore my purely Chinese guesses, as China was already excluded.)

The puzzle car is a Laruti three-wheeler. The Lagos State Government on Tuesday directed the beneficiaries and operators of the Lagos State Rural Transport Initiatives (LARUTI) tricycles to restrict their operations to only designated rural areas and not the highways in the metropolis.

Quiller

Laruti is correct! It is made in Nigeria - but I agree it looks a lot like an extended Taixing Sandi, and there may well be a connection

I would like to know who is producing (assembling) this car in Nigeria and their address.

Thanks

pnegyesi

I did some more digging. Quiller, are you sure these are produced in Nigeria? There were talks about an assembly plant in Lagos, but I did not find any proof for that.

The Laruti Scheme distributes these tricycles in Lagos, but I don't think that is the actual brand name of this vehicle.

Quiller

My reading of the info was that Laruti assembled them - but I could be wrong ...
