For one point: What is this car?

Only a correct, complete and specific answer will earn a point; tag-on's to other guesses will not. So, be specific and complete!

I must admit I thought "McNamara" when it was originally posted. Is it a Formula 3 car ?

No, but you're getting geographically closer than the earlier guesses.  ;)

I can't believe it's from Asia, so is it South America ?

Tasman was not from Asia.

Not South America

I meant that South-East Asia was closer to Australia and New Zealand than USA. So, if the car comes from somewhere closer to Australasia than the USA, then maybe - is it from Japan ?

Power by Ford?

As seen here, it was conceived with a different engine in mind.

It's a small engine, not a Holden for example. Toyota ?
