Yes ,the base of the car is a Cunningham C2-R from 1951 !
It's a French Cunningham and the photo was taken at Montlhery !
Do you know his story ?

I have the extensive Cunningham website, but there is no record that a C2-R was ever in French hands. Cunningham sent 4 cars to Le Mans in 1951, 3 C2-R's and a spare car (C1), one of the cars crashed. So I'm not sure if this is the story you want to hear

Yes , according to the former owner , it's the damaged car at le mans 1951 , rebuilt with fiberglass body
