Coachwork was built by Carrosserie Maes Louis Ainé, Antwerp possibly on a Delahaye or Mack chassis

A definite Louis Maes look. It could also have been a Berliet.  However, the original site doesn't seem to exist anymore and googling "Theo Huybrechts" doesn't help.
